It's been a long time....

HARRO!! x) im finally baq here to blog okay. im such a nice person. even tho i owe like, a ton of hw (reasons which i shall explain further downwards in this post). so yeah. XD

Anw....aish. what to blog about?? oh yeah. i really don't like people who keep saying tha their own marks are super low, when obv their audience is made up of people who din get as high. it's actually really demoralising, okay. twelvers, please avoid saying stuff like tt often, in case anyone gets offended. O.o

I shall now blog in a very speech-ish format. :D

The average life of a secondary one student, in nanyang girls high. ladies, what is your story?

Good afternoon, ladies and any gentlemen that might chance upon our dear blog, (which is highly unlikely, but anything is possible.) what i will be speaking on today, is the average life of a secondary one student in nanyang girls high. today's contention will take into consideration any important events such as CCA and school events.

firstly, i would like to point out on the subject of CCA events. As for myself, the Nanyang NPCC Unit had our parade today. Thus, i have been very busy recently. however, despite the trouble of preparing our uniform to perfection and all the rehearsals, it paid off. Today's NPCC Day Parade was a smashing success, is what i have to say. True enough, it might not be optimum or anything of the sort, but we have all put in great effort, and i am sure that my ma'ams and I are proud of our awesome NYNPCC.

Moving on, to a student's daily torture, homework. As mentioned above, one can get really busy in such times. using the example of myself, i recently owe quite an amount of homework. Furthermore, some of these are incorporated into our CA marks, and cannot be neglected. Even though other events may be more important or urgent, we, as students, still cannot abandon our homework as it is an essential, and very familiar part of a student's life. No matter how detestable it may be, students should come to accept that homework will probably stay wedged in our school life for a time to come. Thus, make the best of it, and letting it snowball will not help. Although this might sounds like hypocrisy coming from me, it is still something that i believe can be achieved, over a period of time. I myself will attempt to change my own habits, and all you fellow procrastinators out there, please do so as well. (TWELVERS JIAYOU!! :D)

Furthermore, there are other activities such a 3rd lang. In any case, a student will always have other activities besides school and CCA. Most students go for tuition, some for dance or music lessons, and so on. For myself, i currently do not have any tuition, or outside classes. However, i still find attaining time for optimum slack and homework amounts challenging. Even though my current schedule might not seem as packed as yours, factor in the extra homework, and the time one needs in school to finish the endless stream of work and projects. Yes, a student's life is challenging in deed, but as many people say, school is only a miniature of the working world. When we're all grown, the workload will, no doubt, increase. Therefore, one must take this chance in school to slowly adapt, and become one with the world which is rushing by, faster than any bullet train, or jet plane.

Yet on to another topic, the recent release of the block test marks. Naturally, there will be the people who did well, the people who did fairly okay, and the people who did not do so well. Setbacks, are an unavoidable part of a person's life, and there is not point crying over spilt milk. whether you are seen as the cream of the crop, or, as the chinese saying goes: ming2 luo4 sun1 shan1, it is over. The most you can do, is work on your weakness, and come back the next time, better than ever. Being able to change, to improve, is what counts in a person, as ultimately, one will be able to achieve noticeably better results, leading to a greater sense of satisfaction. Ladies, do you not feel happier when you've improved than when you just maintain your standard?

Last but not least, another school activity. The HwaChongNanYangAnnualCombinedTrackAndFieldSportsMeet. :D The only thing i have to say on this subject, is that all our participating atheletes, i will be cheering you all on, as a not particularly sporty person myself.

Ladies (and the occasional gentleman), if you have genuinely read this and did not declare it 'tl;dr', i offer you my sincere gratitude. Writing and saying such things have always been a pleasure. Everyone, hang in there and we will all make it. As: 28 people. Many CCAs. One 112.

Luv y'all. ^^
Jina
